CPC & Associés lawfirm is pleased to announce that Jeremie Delattre (32 years old) was just co-opted as Partner, as part of the firm’s development of both “sportainment” and labor law practices.
Jeremie Delattre works on every issues in relation with sports and media law. He assists, advises and represents French and international clients such as athletes, professional and amateur sports clubs, sporting federations and professional leagues, sporting events’ organisers and promoters, intermediaries and sponsors. He secondarily performs an athlete authorized representative activity (“mandataire sportif”), duly registered with the Paris Bar.
Jeremie Delattre has also developped a specific expertise in labor law (individual and collective issues); as such, he assists, advises and represents companies, executive directors and employees.
Before taking part in CPC & Associés lawfirm activity during 7 years as an associate (from 2010 to 2017), Jeremie Delattre has been part of the legal departments of both National Basket League (2007) and French Football Federation (2009).
He owns a private law degree from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a sports law degree (with honors) of Bourgogne University, and passed the Bar Exam in 2010 (n°13 laureate of the Jean-Denis Bredin year group (Paris Bar admission course).
