CPC & Associés increases its Tax team thanks to the arrival of a new Tax Partner, Eugénie Berthet.
Eugénie Berthet has a large experience in the tax structuring of French and cross-border transactions. She advises companies with respect to general taxation issues, including LBO’s, management packages, and employee share schemes. She also assists clients on real property transactions and state planning.
She also advises charities, French and foreign on various tax aspects.
Before joining CPC & Associés, Eugénie Berthet was a Tax Partner at Pinsent Pinsent Masons since 2013. She previously worked at Slaughter and May, Landwell and Marccus Partner.
